About Corvetto
§ Local contextThe district used to be called Gamboloita, after a farmstead long since demolished; today's name comes from the square dedicated to Luigi Emanuele Corvetto. In the second half of the 1920s the public housing institute built the Quartiere Mazzini here, bounded by via Polesine, via Comacchio, viale Enrico Martini and via dei Cinquecento.
Label and data part company here more sharply than almost anywhere in Milan. Piazzale Corvetto — the square the district is named after — falls in D18, not D20. So do via Marochetti, viale Omero, and three of the four streets bounding the historic Mazzini estate. "Corvetto" as a label therefore covers at least two OMI zones with different bands, and this page shows only one of them.
D20 quotes €3,300–4,200/m² for standard-condition civil housing, €2,900–5,600 across all categories.
Check, in this order: the OMI zone of the exact address, then the lift, the common parts, the energy class, and the closed service-charge accounts. A flat a short walk from the square is probably in D18: if the price was built on the D20 band, finding that gap is your job, because the seller will not offer it.
Metro Corvetto and Brenta (M3); Porto di Mare (M3) is close by.
